During your stay at a White Stuff Retreat you will have some fantastic catering during you stay, if you chose to go with the catered option.  We do have three catering plans available to suit varying budgets, or if you want you tell us what you want from your catering package.

Catering in the majority of our retreats is provided by our catering business based in the North East, "Claires Crumbs".  This business takes some of the best young talent from the North East and gives them a break, not to mention the vital experience they need in order to succeed in their proffesion! 

BASIC MENU PLAN

This is an example menu.

Cooked and continental breakfast; including croissants, cereals, jams, fruit, cheese and cold meats.

Afternoon tea and cake.

Starter

• Roasted Red Pepper Soup, with cheese straws / or Farfalle, with bacon, beans and sage

Main

• Lamb stew, with bacon, shallots and prunes/ or Grilled vegetable lasgane

Followed by a selection of local cheeses and biscuits, the evening meal will be accompanied by table wine.

SUPERIOR MENU PLAN

Starter

• Broccoli, stilton and pear soup/ or Roasted red pepper and Goats cheese muffin

Main

• Warm salad of seared pork with black pudding and mustard glaze/ or Wild mushroom strudel

Dessert

• Ginger Pears, with chocolate sauce/ or Apple tarte tatin, with mascarpone

Followed by a selection of local cheese, you will enjoy a selection of wines to suit your meal.
